Thank you for your interest in the Transit Implementation Plan. As part of the Transit Implementation Plan, capital and operating cost assessments will be included within the plan for existing, new and/or expanded transit services over the next ten years. Once a recommended plan has been finalized, it will require the approval of Council before advancing forward. Cost assessments contained within the final plan would then be considered as part of the Town’s budget process and overall tax increase. I encourage you to sign up for updates on the Let’s Talk Halton Hills - Transit Implementation Plan project page and attend any public information centres related to the study to provide your input.
