Hillsview Centre Experience 2026

This survey is for current members of the Hillsview Active Living Centre and is used to measure member satisfaction and the impact of the Centre. Results help Town staff and the Hillsview Board of Directors identify strengths and areas for improvement, guide governance decisions, and support program planning and development. Responses are anonymous unless you choose to request follow‑up by providing your name and contact information at the end of the survey. This survey is also part of Hillsview’s accreditation with CARF® International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services, which supports service quality and alignment with internationally recognized best practices in governance and operations.
