Hillsview Centre Experience 2025

The following survey is being provided to current members of the Hillsview Active Living Centre. Results will be used to measure the satisfaction and impacts of the Centre. They will inform Town staff and the Hillsview Board of Directors about areas of strengths and concern, guiding decision-making for the overall governance of the Centre. The survey results will also assist staff in making program decisions and identifying new areas of interest. Specific answers will be kept anonymous, but participants will have the option to indicate if they want the Hillsview supervisor to contact them to discuss their responses. You will need to include your name and contact information at the end of the survey if you require a response.

The survey is also part of the accreditation process of CARF® International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. Through accreditation, CARF assists service providers (such as Hillsview) in demonstrating value by the quality of their services and meeting internationally recognized organizational and program standards. The accreditation process also provides organizations feedback on their governance and operations to align with best practices.
