Active Living (SALC) Programs WalkFit Fall 2025

Hello Active Living participants.

As you are aware, we receive funding to support these great programs through the Government of Ontario, Senior Active Living Centres (SALC).  As part of the agreement, we need to report on the program's value. Your support by way of taking a few minutes to complete the following survey would be greatly appreciated.

For the WalkFit program we send out 2 surveys a year. One was already sent Spring of 2025, and this is your second one for the year 2025.
