McNally Street Park Improvements - Skateboard Features

Based on the Georgetown Action Sports Needs Assessment a 'skate spot' will be developed at McNally Street Park.

A skatespot is defined as an area smaller than 300m2 that has a grouping of a few skateable features intended for beginner or intermediate level skaters and serving the immediate neighbourhood.

Jubilee Park, 194 Niagara Trail Georgetown, is a great example of a neighbourhood park skatespot (shown below).

Based on the feedback from this survey, and feature preferences, skate spot concepts will be developed, then shared for a second round of consultation and additional feedback.

Please provide feedback by April 10, 2023.
