Halton Hills Town Council has directed staff to look into the possibility of changing the postal codes for those residents and businesses who pay Halton Hills taxes but whose addresses reflect the Town of Milton as their place of residence.
This survey has been developed to find out the preference of potentially impacted residents and businesses; whether to keep the status quo (no address change) or have the Town move forward to make the change with Canada Post. The results of the survey will be reported back to Town Council.
Homeowners/businesses would be responsible for any costs associated with a change should this move forward. It is anticipated that there will be a two year transition period for the change to take place.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contactErin Kaiser, Manager of Economic Development and Innovation at ekaiser@haltonhills.ca
