November 2025 Update: Appeal of Official Plan Amendment 57

On November 12, 2024, 1732216 Ontario Inc. and 2602151 Ontario Inc., through their solicitor (Kagan Shastri LLP) appealed Council’s approval of Official Plan Amendment 57 (Stewarttown Secondary Plan) to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). Private Development Applications Submitted for the Stewarttown Expansion Lands

In October 2025, 1732216 Ontario Inc. and 2602151 Ontario Inc. through their consultant (Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc.) submitted Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications to permit the development of 199 residential units consisting of 159 single detached dwellings and 40 townhouse dwelling units (within 5 townhouse blocks) on new public roads (view the Notice of Received Applications [Insert Notice of Received Applications]).
