The Town’s Net-Zero Pathway

In November of 2021, Halton Hills Council approved a Low-Carbon Transition Strategy that will guide the Town and community to reach net-zero emissions by 2030. This strategy models an aggressive set of actions to show that Halton Hills can significantly reduce its current emissions by 2030, while accommodating planned population growth over the next decade.
