Join us for the Heritage Property Grant Program and Community Improvement Plan Lunch 'n' Learn Webinar

The Town of Halton Hills is hosting a Lunch 'n' Learn webinar on March 27, 2026, noon, for property owners and residents interested in the Heritage Property Grant Program (HPGP) and the Town’s Community Improvement Plan (CIP) financial incentives.
The session will provide an overview of the Heritage Property Grant Program, which offers designated heritage properties an annual cost-matching grant of up to $3,000 to assist in the restoration and conservation of significant heritage attributes.
Participants will also learn about the Town’s Community Improvement Plan incentive programs, designed to encourage private-sector investment and revitalization throughout particular areas of the Town.
Throughout the webinar, participants will learn how each program works, how and when to apply, and the types of projects that are eligible for funding. Town staff will also be available to answer questions about each program, including inquiries about proposed projects and how to qualify for grant funding.
