Pavement Management

The resurfacing program, known as the Pavement Management program since 2003, is the process of planning and maintaining roadways to optimize pavement conditions over the entire network.

    Road Resurfacing

Road resurfacing replaces the removal of the existing asphalt to extend the lifecycle of the road. A typical resurfacing project may include curb and sidewalk repairs, where required.

    Road Reconstruction

Road reconstruction means fully rebuilding the road, including the underlying granular materials, sidewalk, storm sewer, and usually involves changing the cross section of the existing road.
