Premier Gateway Phase 2B Secondary Plan virtual Open House featuring a presentation on the draft Preferred Concept Plan and supportive technical evaluation, urban design guidelines and policy directions that will guide development in the area.

The presentation was followed by a workshop to gather feedback.

Join us for a virtual community meeting on June 28, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. This session will present the key findings from the technical studies. We encourage you to attend, ask questions and share your comments with Town staff and the project team. Meeting information to RSVP will be available soon! 

We are looking forward to sharing the initial findings of the background review which looks at various topics such as land use, natural and cultural heritage, stormwater, servicing, transportation, agriculture and more. 

The Open House will feature a presentation followed by a brief Question and Answer period.   Members of the public can provide questions in advance via e-mail or phone to Town staff, or provide them via the Question and Answer function during the live event.
