Project Update

Thank you to everyone who participated in our pop-up engagement events and shared feedback on the Vision Statements and Policy Directions. Your input has helped shape the future direction of the Official Plan Review. The Final Policy Directions Report is now available for review. Over the summer and fall, the project team will prepare the first draft of the new Official Plan, including the draft vision statement, land use policies, and land use schedules. The first draft of the Official Plan is anticipated to be shared with the community for review and consultation in early 2027.
