Consultation has concluded
Over the coming years in Halton Hills, growth is expected in our urban areas – this is called intensification. We want to hear your ideas to help us plan for this development. How should we accommodate more residents, and what’s your vision for your town?
You can make your voice heard by taking our Intensification Survey. Where should developments be located; would you like to see more townhouses or rental apartment buildings? What factors should we consider as we move into the future?
Public Consultation is now closed.
Town staff are currently working on the draft Official Plan Amendment to implement the results and recommendations of the Intensification Opportunities Study Update.

An Open House was held on November 14 (6:30 - 8:30 p.m.) at Helson Gallery, Georgetown for community members to learn about the findings of the Study.
