Project Update

Phase 2 for the Guelph Street Secondary Plan Project has concluded following the endorsement of the Draft Preferred Land Use Scenario by Council on June 22, 2026. The Project is now entering phase 3, which will entail preparing the Secondary Plan and Urban Design Guidelines through summer and fall. The first draft of the Secondary Plan is anticipated to be shared with the community for review and consultation in early 2027.
