The Town of Halton Hills is dedicated to supporting community organizations and leaders through the Community Grant Program. The program provides financial support to events, activities, and projects that benefit the community. To better understand the needs and experiences of both past and potential applicants, we have created two surveys.

  1. Survey for Past Applicants: If your organization has previously applied to the Community Grant Program (either successful or unsuccessful in receiving a grant), we invite you to complete this survey. Your feedback on the application process, funding adequacy, program guidelines, and overall experience is crucial in helping us identify potential actions to improve the program for future applicants.

  1. Survey for Potential Applicants: If your organization has not previously applied to the Community Grant Program, we encourage you to complete this survey. We are interested in learning about your level of awareness of the program, reasons for not applying, and what might motivate you to apply in the future. Your feedback will help us identify potential barriers and improve the program’s accessibility and communications.

Please select and complete the survey that best reflects your experience with the Community Grant Program. Your participation is invaluable in helping us better support community organizations and the important work that they do in Halton Hills.
